In a previous post, I discovered that my bike has a toggle switch in place of the thermo switch to control the rad fan. I ordered a part to replace the busted thermo switch, and now I am going to install it.
In the last post in the low fuel sensor series, I mentioned that the sensor was “non-repairable” based on how damaged/worn the sensor was. It turns out I was still able to use it, and now it works. I was able to mainly follow this youtube video, as was the original plan.
In my new bike post, I mentioned that the Fork Brace has a crack in it. I prefer not to die so I ordered a reinforcement plate.
I recently bought a Honda VF750C. One of the “quirks”, as the previous owner called them, was that the rad fan has a toggle switch. Today, I am investigating why it was installed and how.

Possible Work Around for the cheap/lazy: Watch the KMs on your trip meter. Once it gets to 200km, get gas and reset.
This week I purchased my first bike! Well, my first motorcycle. It is a Honda VF750C Magna V45. Let me tell ya, this bike was not sold in the states and so finding the right service manual has been a real pain in the ass. I have found resources online like this, but the actual service manual is not available. I can purchase the Haynes manual off Amazon though for about $40.
